Public Liability Insurance is required, and a Certificate of Currency must be provided with this application. Applications without a Certificate of Currency will not be considered. Acceptances will be notified by email. Please do not pay fees until your application is accepted. Once accepted you will receive an invoice which must be paid within 14 days. Applications must be received by August 1st 2025 The Society does NOT provide trestle table, chairs, etc. Limited power – HEAVY POWER USERS, PROVIDE THEIR OWN. No prohibited items to be sold. The ‘prohibited items’ list is attached and can be found on our website. Failure to adhere will result in removal from the grounds. Stall holders and exhibitors are responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance and a certificate of currency must accompany all applications. The application will be processed once the completed Application Form and supporting documents are received. All successful applicants will receive an invoice upon acceptance, payment is required within 14 days of your confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Application for stalls will be accepted at the discretion of the Beverley Agricultural Society (Inc.) and payment DOES NOT deem acceptance. Cancellation prior to the 9th of August 2025 will receive a full refund thereafter NON-REFUNDABLE. No application is exclusive, and BAS may, in its absolute discretion, permit any other person or franchise to sell or exhibit similar or the same goods or to carry on a similar or the same business or activity at the Showgrounds. BAS is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or personal injury. All areas on the Showgrounds shall remain smoke-free and all Stallholders and their Staff shall comply with this requirement. Dogs / pets are not allowed on the show grounds. BAS reserves the right to request the removal of products from display and sale if they are deemed unsafe, offensive, inappropriate or contravene the prohibited items list. Ground Space Fee includes 2 free entry tickets. Tickets for additional helpers may be purchased. All electrical extension leads, and power boards must be tested and tagged within the last 12 months. When driving on the Showgrounds, all stallholders shall abide by the 8km/h speed limit and abide by the directions given. All care must be taken when travelling through areas used by members of the public. Exhibitors/stall holders must not sell, distribute, use or offer as prizes any: Gas filled balloons unless the balloon is fitted with a non-conductive and rigid rod, drinking straw or weight. Bows or arrows, other than toys. No display of explicit and offensive t-shirts. Explicit DVD’s, CD’s, magazines, books and videos. Celluloid toys unless the exhibitor has obtained a permit for those toys from the Department of Consumer Protection. Pepper sprays or other similar sprays. Fireworks. Any illegal or offensive item, good, article, publication, or material. Any other item, good, article, publication or material which may by its use or operation cause alarm or distress to any person or animal. Smoking implements or paraphernalia, including imitation or electronic cigarettes, smoking chambers, or drug- like substances. Laser pointers and stun pens of any description Swords, knives or any other sharp implements which could be construed as weapons (kitchen utensils exempt). Metal and wooden martial art nun chucks. Sling shots/gings. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the refusal of site application and/or removal from the showgrounds.
